- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Met with FAH re my very elderly dog's euthanasia. It was a matter of time, & I consulted with FAH to make sure they could do what I wanted, and to make sure all was understood & available. My wishes were not respected. Staff: "Well, there's nothing we can do about it now." The owner, Dr. Ali Candlemire-Reed, called me to empathize, but did not have a solution. When I found one, she refused to participate. After consulting the Vet Association, they, too, reached out to her & encouraged her to work with me. She has not repsonded, despite the advice of her Association. Be aware, the Association is powerless. Dr.Ali Crandelmire-Reed is not solutions-based & not willing to support her clients in the event of a mistake on her, or her staffs', part.The worst of it is,others had strongly advised me not to choose FAH but,based on my consultation, I did, & now have nothing but regrets.by Jane WilsonMarch 12, 2017
