  Don't know where to start. Service is bad, staff is rude, misleading. My wife went there to insure her car, and the lady there (Account manager) placed her in a category (high risk driver) as her NB license was a month old and got her an insurance policy with extremely high premium! . That is problematic: SNB has credited my wife a good driving record as her licence was issued in another country in 1999 and SNB counted my wife as a 17 years driver. Account manager there tried to convince us that this doesn't help her quote at all and that my wife has to be patient for 4 or 5 years until her insurance becomes cheaper.... After asking in town, we got a quotation with ONE THIRD of the price (same policy...). AND, the other company said that SNB has given my wife a driving credit back to 1999, so we should be rewarded this in our quotation. So decided to cancel insurance at Capitol Morrison. You probably will guess the rest. They became the rudest people on earth, hang up on me while calling them to ask about our refund cheque. Asked them for a copy of cancellation policy, they refused to give it. (the office supervisor) and staff there the worst insurance brokers I have ever met or heard of... All staff (including receptionist) are very rude, fraudulent and not to be trusted. Avoid this place at all costs. We are happy that we realized this from the first month. And we are never ever gonna do any business there. I am writing not to have a sort of revenge. More to make new comers, first time car owners to be aware that this place is nt good at all. Other things (of course bad things): 1) that place accepts only cash or debit 2) After asking for cancellation of policy, they refunded us partial amount: in fact, they deducted 25% of the price as penalty! After complaining to head office, the staff changed the refund--but still, deducted 300+dollars! No clear answer to that was given. In Fredericton, you will find a LOT better places. PS: The fellow who gave four stars has conflict of interest. A family member of his works there :D
