- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪It took 46 consecutive calls to get a connection since this Dr. is abusing their power by having a booking system straight out of the 1950s. No Answering Machine, No Phone Queue, No second line, No email, no online booking. If private medical offices (dentists, opticians, etc) use modern booking (with text reminders even) it's clearly an abuse of monopoly for a Dr. to run their office on less than the bare minimum.
